Just a letter of thanks for a job well done. If you recall, I called you in December 1993 with a problem. I was going to be transferred out of state. Certain information was confidential at that time but the following is what I asked you to do.
We had an older home in Lockport we needed to sell. We wanted it sold before we could consider selling a much larger home we had in Homer Township. Bob, you came in, gave us a list of things to do, gave us an expected selling price and a time schedule we could expect to move the house within.
By the end of February we had sold the older home at a better than expected price and we listed the home in Homer with a deadline of the 1st of June or we were going to have to put the house in a relocation program.
Much to our amazement, the Homer home was sold and we closed the 27th of May. Bob, it is always a pleasure to watch a professional at work. You did an outstanding job and my family thanks you.
